So, a new device – and it's not a smartphone replacement! Even though our generation's main communication device is due for innovation, Sam Altman is going for something completely new. I wonder what its purpose will be. Are we all going to get personal assistants?
I’d love to see what we can dream up, untethered from what the smartphone taught us to expect. Maybe the future of computing isn’t in our hands, it’s all around us.
“No chance” is a bold take on the guy who… *checks notes* designed the iMac, iPod, iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Apple Watch - and shaped the aesthetic of a trillion-dollar empire.
I appreciate the skepticism, but I wouldn’t write him off. Quiet seasons don’t erase impact.
What has he done since leaving apple though? What tech product has he developed that changed the world since then? He's been in "retirement" doing cute stuff with Ferrari.
