Sadly, many business leaders still believe that AI coding will work.

Writing code that compiles is easy. Shipping code that actually do what it’s supposed to do and won’t cost you a PR drama is another thing.

Specs or not, there’s not shortcut.

I could not agree more. Writing more code, or writing code faster, does not automatically equate to great software, effective total cost of ownership of the solution built, user value, or truly meet jobs to be done. It’s a force multiplier in terms of throughput, but that alone is just one piece.
